进口凸轮转子泵又称胶体泵、凸轮泵、三叶泵、万用输送泵等,转子泵属于容积泵,输送流量可以较精确的控制也可方便地制成变量泵。此泵的转速很低,一般在200rpm至600rpm之间,被输送的物料被平稳地输出而其成份不会受到破坏。可用于输送粘度很高的物质也可以方便地制成输出压力较高的品种。根据客户管道连接方式的需要,可做成上进下出型转子泵,根据客户安装方式及生产的需要,可做成移动型转子泵,根据客户调节转速及流量的需要,可做成变频调速型转子泵。
转子泵依靠两同步反向转动的转子(齿数为2—4)在旋转过程中于进口处产生吸力(真空度),从而吸入所要输送的物料。两转子将转子室分隔成几个小空间,并按a→b→c→d的次序运转。运转至位置a时,只有一室中充满介质;到位置b时,B室中封闭了部分介质;到位置C时,A室中也封闭了介质;到位置d时,A室B室与二室相通,介质即被输送至出料口。如此循环往复,介质(物料)即被源源不断输送出去。
转子泵采用联轴整体组装,使体积变小(长度可以减短100-250mm),减少占地面积,结构紧凑,外包不锈钢,镜面抛光,外形美观,档次高,避免原来涂膏刷漆的脱落。性能优化:采用联轴整体组装,减少弹性联轴器功率消耗,噪音及磨损更换而提高工作效率,得到了zui高的效率,zui小的内部滑动和更长的使用寿命。
不同形状的转子具有不同的效果,具体分为以下几大类:
一叶转子:适用于输送含有大颗粒物料的介质,对大颗粒物料的破碎率较低,但其脉动大,压力低,容积量小,很少使用。
二叶转子:适用于输送含有中小颗粒物料的介质,对中小颗粒物料的破碎率相对较低,略有脉动,容积量小于三叶转子。
三叶转子:通用的转子类型,容积量大于其他类型的转子,各种性能指标优于一叶,二叶转子,但其在输送物料的过程中对颗粒物料有一定的破碎率。
传动的选择:
1、电机+定整比减速器:这样的传动方式简单,转子的转速恒定,也就是决定了流量的不可调性。
2、电机+机械摩擦式无级变速器:这种变速器的变速靠手动调节来实现,其特点是安全可靠,扭距大,流量无极可调,缺点是非自动调节,较麻烦,调速在运转过程中进行,不得在停机状态下调速,其使用维护参照制造商的使用说明书。
3、变频电机+变频器:这种方式可实现转速的自动调节,亦即实现了流量的无级调速。其优点是自动化程度高,低速扭距较大,缺点是变频器的价格较高,其使用维护参照制造商的使用说明书。
